advises on contractual issues and the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial agreements.
He has also developed a special expertise in sport law as Federal Adjunct Prosecutor of the Union Royale Belge des Sociétés de Football, and deals frequently as attorney with legal issues regarding the football law (football contracts, players transfers, regulatory matters, agents, sponsorship, restructuring of clubs), and professional golfers.
