Thomas' fields of specialization
He represents and assists national and international clients before court in various kinds of commercial disputes (including claims in relation to breach of contract, distribution agreements, construction disputes, international sale of goods, product liability, commercial leases, regulatory energy issues, recovery of claims, etc.).
He also drafts, and advises clients with respect to, a wide range of commercial contracts.
Furthermore, Thomas concentrates on corporate litigation, regularly dealing with post M&A-disputes, director’s liability issues and disputes between shareholders.
There is no greater mistake than to suppose.
