New Company Code

On September 20, 2018, Fabrice Mourlon Beernaert and Tom Wera will each give a presentation during the cycle of conferences organized by seven Belgian universities about the new Company Code. Fabrice’s is entitled “Les mécanismes de résolutions des conflits : une nouvelle dimension ? / Conflicten: een nieuwe dimensie?” and Tom’s “Restructurations : nouveautés / Herstructureringen: nieuwigheden“.
