Described as a “talented litigator” (LMG Life Sciences) and a leading individual (Legal 500), Louis has gained an in-depth knowledge in the litigation and enforcement of intellectual property rights, border measures, protection of trade secrets, unfair competition, licensing and software disputes.
Frederic Deltour specializes in corporate law, with a special focus on M&A and real estate law.
Frederic also advises with respect to a wide range of commercial contracts, including IP and life sciences related agreements.
Fabrice Mourlon Beernaert’s main areas of practice include corporate and securities law, energy law, bankruptcy law, as well as mergers and acquisitions and life science related matters.
Thomas Vandromme has gained considerable experience as a commercial and corporate lawyer, with focus on litigation.
Pia Sobrana Gennari Curlo focuses on commercial and corporate law, as well on mergers and acquisitions, developing a special expertise in regulated industries.
Pierre-M. Louis specializes in network industries regulations – that is the electricity, railways and natural gas sectors, three industries where the network operator has been unbundled pursuant to EU legislation.
Harold Minjauw specializes in corporate and general commercial law, with a focus on M&A, real estate and distribution law, as well as corporate and commercial litigation and mediation.
Bernard Paul specializes in corporate and commercial law.
Bernard regularly advises on all aspects of business carried on in partnership (partnership agreements, acquisitions, mergers and de-mergers, LLP agreements, incorporation, and partnership disputes), acts as adviser and litigator in directors’ liabilities issues.

Bruno has been a lawyer at the Supreme Court/Court of Cassation since 2000 and heads the “Supreme Court/Cassation” practice group. He specialises in advising on the success of Supreme Court/Cassation appeals in civil matters in the broad sense, criminal cases, disciplinary cases, social affairs and tax matters, and in drafting and filing applications for Supreme Court/Cassation, memoranda of reply and memoranda in support of Supreme Court/Cassation appeals in criminal cases.
